The Florida Bar’s Lawyer Regulation Headquarters-Tallahassee is seeking an experienced Trial Attorney. The Senior Attorney acts as counsel at investigative and trial levels of processing grievances against attorneys. The qualified candidate must possess a JD and be a member of The Florida Bar in good standing with at least three (3) years of legal experience as an attorney in effective case management, trials, pre-trial matters, and development of trial strategy Possession of excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to resolve trial and appellate level cases required for this position. Service oriented attitude is essential. Salary starts at $85,247.22 with an excellent benefits package including employer paid pension contribution | Employees of The Florida Bar are eligible to apply for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF).
