Brevard County needs a judge
The 18th Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission is accepting applications to fill a vacancy on the Brevard County bench.
Applicants must have been a member of The Florida Bar for the preceding five years, a registered voter, and must be a resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the court at the time he or she assumes office.
Applications may be downloaded from The Florida Bar’s website at www.floridabar.org or obtained from the Alan H. Landman, JNC Chair, 7195 Murrell Road, Suite 102, Melbourne 32940, (321)-242-9800, [email protected].
An original completed application with attachments and recent color photograph along with nine complete copies must be delivered to Landman no later than noon on March 4. One redacted PDF version excluding all exempt information under Chapter 119 and other applicable public records law also must be emailed to [email protected] no later than noon on March 4.
