Mark Hobson has opened Mark D. Hobson, P.A., in Coral Gables. Hobson focuses on business matters, M&A, EB-5 offerings, securities laws, and other transactional matters.

Mark S. Roher has joined Jones Walker in Miami as special counsel in the business and commercial litigation practice group and a member of the bankruptcy, restructuring & creditors’-debtors’ rights team. Roher focuses on bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, bankruptcy litigation and reorganization, commercial litigation, and assignment for the benefit of creditors’ proceedings.

Joshua M. Stone has joined Rosenthal, Levy, Simon & Ryles in West Palm Beach. Stone is a certified veterans’ benefits and Social Security disability representative.
