B urton petitions for Bar reinstatementPursuant to Rule 3-7.10, Richard Jay Burton has petitioned the Supreme Court for Bar reinstatement.
On October 9, 2014, Burton was suspended for 91 days effective nunc pro tunc to October 6, 2014, for making a misrepresentation to the court in the course of his representation of a client.
