F asso petitions for Bar reinstatement

Pursuant to Rule 3-7.10, Ryan Thomas Fasso has petitioned the Supreme Court for Bar reinstatement.

Fasso was suspended from the practice of law by an order dated March 25, 2010, based on a determination of guilt on a felony charge of cocaine possession. an order dated October 27, 2010, he received a two-year suspension, nunc pro tunc, for the felony charge and for neglect of several client matters. an order dated February 7, 2012, the suspension was extended for an additional six months for contempt, based on Fasso continuing to describe himself as an attorney on his Facebook page.
