Laird A. Lile of Naples participated in the fall meeting of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel in Baltimore. Miles McGrane of McGrane Nosich & Ganz in Coral Gables has been named to a second two-year term as chair of the Judicial Qualifications Commission.

William Boshnick of Greenblum & Bernstein in Reston, VA, lectured before the Japan Patent Attorneys Association in Takamatsu, Japan. Boshnick discussed recent patent litigation decisions in the U.S.

David S. Hendrix of GrayRobinson in Tampa has been appointed to the Boy Scouts of America Southern Region Board of Directors and vice president of council operations for the state of Florida for the Boy Scouts of America.
