Presented by the Government Advocacy Committee, speakers David Grimes and Patrick "Booter" Imhof give an introduction to legislative rules, provide an overview of House and Senate rules, discuss recent policy changes in both legislative bodies, and reveal common mistakes and misconceptions about legislative rules.
