Marve Ann Alaimo is a partner at Porter Wright and Co-Chair of its Estate Planning and Wealth Protection group and its Probate, Trust & Guardianship Litigation group. She is a Florida Bar Board Certified Wills, Trust and Estates lawyer with more than 22 years of experience in estate and charitable gift planning, probate and trust administration, estate and trust litigation, and guardianship. She earned her LL.M. from the University of Miami and her J.D. from the University of Florida. Marve Ann is an At-Large Member of the Executive Council of The Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section.
Kishásha B. Sharp is the founder of the law office of K.B. Sharp, P.A. Ms. Sharp focuses on assisting individual and business clients with maintaining their assets by providing estate planning guidance, business counseling, and advising and navigating clients through the process of purchasing and selling property. Ms. Sharp earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration degree from FAMU. Ms. Sharp then earned a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Miami School of Law. She is the 2018 recipient of the Dade County Bar Association Women of Distinction Solo Practice Award. She also serves students as a constitutional and criminal law professor at Florida Memorial University.
