Overview
This CLE program is specifically geared towards volunteer arbitrators who are either already approved or intend to apply to be approved as volunteer arbitrators in The Florida Bar’s Grievance Mediation and Fee Arbitration Program under Chapter 14 of the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar. The program provides an overview of The Florida Bar’s program and includes a review of ethical considerations in arbitrations, statutory provisions of Chapter 682, Florida Statutes, and a detailed look at the Fee Arbitration Procedural Rules and other specific rules in Chapter 14 which govern arbitrations conducted within the program.
