Unprofessional in Word and Deed
Overview
This dramatized legal-ethics program follows a business dispute that spirals from mediation into courtroom conflict, judicial intervention, and ultimately a Bar discipline proceeding. Through a series of scenes involving attorneys, judges, a mediator, a magistrate, court staff, and disciplinary authorities, the video highlights what can happen when a lawyer confuses aggression with advocacy.
For lawyers, law students, judges, mediators, and legal professionals, this video reinforces a critical lesson: strong advocacy and professionalism are not in conflict. Our clients, our courts, and the justice system deserve better than hostility disguised as advocacy.
