Course Accreditation Process for CLE Providers

""Course approval for CLE is governed by Section 500 of the Standing Policies of the Board of Legal Specialization and Education. Please review these policies, read Frequently Asked Questions About the Online Course Accreditation Application Process, and check out the guide to the online course accreditation application before applying for course accreditation.

The Florida Bar strongly encourages all CLE providers and those presenting CLE programs to accommodate reasonable ADA requests for CLE programming.

Getting Started

To apply for online course accreditation, you must have both a login and password for The Florida Bar Portal and a CLE provider number.

Before you can apply for course accreditation, you must have a Portal account and a CLE provider number. To establish these, email a course approval specialist your organization name, contact person, email address, phone number, and mailing address.

An email confirmation with your login and temporary password will be sent to you after the account is set up.

FOR EXISTING PROVIDERS APPLYING ONLINE FOR THE FIRST TIME

If you are an existing Florida Bar CLE provider who has not yet applied for course accreditation online, email a course approval specialist to verify your contact information (include your provider number, organization name, contact person, email address, phone number, and mailing address).

An email confirmation with your login and temporary password will be sent to you after the account access has been enabled.

If you have questions about the accreditation process for CLE providers, please contact CLE staff.
