Electronic Course materials are included with the purchase of CDs and DVDs unless otherwise indicated. We strongly encourage you to purchase the book separately if you prefer your material printed but do not want to print it yourself.

Q. How long will it take to receive my Audio CD/DVD?
A. Please allow 4 weeks for delivery.
Who qualifies for a reduced rate?
A. An attorney must be a member of the section sponsoring the course at the time of purchase to receive the section member rate. Entities (i.e., government agencies, law firms, libraries, etc.) are not entitled to the reduced member rate and will be assessed the non-section member price.
Q. How do I calculate sales tax?
A. All orders are subject to state and local sales tax unless the product is being shipped out of Florida. Sales tax in Florida is 6% plus the surtax of the county where the product is being shipped.
Example: Hillsborough County has a 1% surtax. Florida’s tax rate is 6%. Sales tax due for a CD or DVD shipping to Tampa (which is in Hillsborough County) would be 7%.
Q. What if my organization qualifies for tax exemption?
A. Tax exemption will be granted on orders that provide a copy of the Consumers Certificate of Exemption.
Q. How will my product be shipped to me?
A. The Florida Bar uses UPS when shipping products. A physical shipping address should be provided on the order form to ensure the product is received in a timely manner.
If UPS is not a viable option, orders may be sent to a PO Box via U.S. Postal Service, however, orders sent with this shipping method cannot be tracked.
Products may be shipped via FedEx at the expense of the receiver. Please provide your FedEx account number on the order form.
Q. Can we return or exchange CDs or DVDs?
A. Requests for refunds or exchanges must be in writing and accompanied by the purchased materials promptly after the materials have been received. A $25 service fee applies to all refund requests and returned materials are not eligible for CLE credit.
