12TH CIRCUIT JNC ANNOUNCES JUDICIAL VACANCY
The 12th Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission has been asked to provide Gov. Ron DeSantis with nominees for a vacancy for the County Court of Manatee County, created by the resignation of the Hon. Doug Henderson.
Applicants must have been a member of the Florida Bar for the preceding five years, a registered voter and a resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the Court at the time of assuming office. Applications may be downloaded from the Office of the Governor’s website or The Florida Bar’s Website.
All people interested in applying must deliver the following:

INTERVIEWS: Interviews are tentatively scheduled to be held on June 7, at the Manatee County Courthouse, Manatee County Florida. Members of the bench, bar and public are encouraged to contact members of the Commission concerting applicants for judicial positions.
