12TH CIRCUIT JNC CIRCUIT COURT JUDGE POSITION FROM HB 5011
The Twelfth Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission announces that it will meet on Wednesday, Aug. 29, at the Judge Lynn N. Silvertooth Judicial Center, 2002 Ringling Blvd., in Sarasota in the Court Administration’s 8th Floor Conference Room starting at 9 a.m. and continuing until the meeting is concluded. The purpose of the meeting will be to interview applicants to fill the Twelfth Judicial Circuit Court seat created by the passing of House Bill 5011.
The applicants selected for interview by the JNC, along with the 12th Circuit JNC commissioner designated to conduct further investigation of said applicant, are as follows:
