12TH JNC CIRCUIT COURT JUDICIAL VACANCY FROM PASSAGE OF HB 5011
On Aug. 29, the 12th Judicial Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission interviewed eight applicants for the 12th Judicial Circuit Court seat created by the passing of House Bill 5011. After thorough interviews, consideration and deliberation, the 12th Circuit JNC announces that the following three applicants’ names have been submitted to Gov. Ron DeSantis for consideration for appointment to the circuit seat.

Paul Olah, Jr.
Stephen “Matthew” Whyte
The 12th Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission members are: Varinia Van Ness (chairwoman), Hunter Norton (vice chair), Nancy Cason, Pat Neal, Bonnie Polk, Will Robinson, Carly Lambert, Ron Filipkowski and James Rolfes.
