17TH CIRCUIT JNC ANNOUNCES APPLICANTS FOR CIRCUIT COURT JUDICIAL VACANCIES
The Seventeenth Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission has interviewed eighteen applicants to fill two vacancies resulting from the resignations of Circuit Judges Dale Cohen and Elizabeth Scherer. Following deliberations and thoughtful consideration of each applicant, the Commission nominates to Gov. Ron DeSantis the following individuals (in alphabetical order according to their last name and without any preference) for appointment to the Broward Circuit Court:
