Earlier today, the Judicial Nominating Commission for the Fourth Judicial Circuit interviewed 12 applicants to fill the vacancy on the Fourth Circuit Bench created by the retirement of the Hon. William Gregg McCaulie. Following deliberations and thoughtful consideration of each applicant, the commission nominates the following individuals (in alphabetical order and without any preference) to Gov. Ron DeSantis to replace Judge McCaulie:

  1. Gilbert Lee Feltel, Jr.
  2. James E. Kallaher
  3. Robin E. Lanigan
  4. Rhonda Denise Peoples-Waters
  5. William Joel Powell
  6. Julie K. Taylor
