4TH CIRCUIT JNC ANNOUNCES CIRCUIT COURT VACANCY NOMINEES
On September 2, 2025, the Judicial Nominating Commission for the Fourth Judicial Circuit interviewed ten (10) applicants to fill the vacancy on the Fourth Judicial Circuit Court Bench, as a result of the enactment of SB 2508. Following deliberations and thoughtful consideration of each applicant, the Commission nominates the following six (6) individuals (in alphabetical order and without any preference) to Gov. Ron DeSantis:

Matthew Lufrano
Kristina Mobley
Joel Powell
Nicole Saunders
