4TH CIRCUIT JUDICIAL NOMINATING COMMISSION ANNOUNCES INTERVIEW SCHEDULE FOR JUDICIAL VACANCY
As a result of the resignation of The Hon. John H. Skinner, there exists a vacancy on the 4th Judicial Circuit Bench. Gov. Ron D. DeSantis has asked the 4th Judicial Circuit Nominating Commission to provide him with nominees for this vacancy. The Commission received eighteen (18) applications and will interview the following applicants on Tuesday, March 5, 2019 in accordance with the following schedule:

Interviews will take place in the Chambers of The Hon. Mark H. Mahon, Chief Judge of the 4th Judicial Circuit, located at the Duval County Courthouse, Room 7139, Duval County Courthouse, 501 W. Adams St., Jacksonville, Florida.
Members of the Bench, the Bar, and the public are encouraged to contact the Commissioners with relevant information about these applicants on or before March 4, 2019.
All proceedings of this Judicial Nominating Commission are open to the public except for deliberations. Accordingly, applicants should not expect their application be kept confidential. If an applicant is nominated by this Commission, all materials attached to the original application along with any supplemental materials will be submitted to Gov. DeSantis’s Office.
