5TH DCA JNC DISTRICT COURT JUDICIAL VACANCY – DATES OF INTERVIEWS
As a result of the confirmation of Judge Wendy Berger to the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, there is a vacancy in the Fifth District Court of Appeal and the Judicial Nominating Commission has been asked to provide Gov. Ron DeSantis with nominees for the vacancy.
Interviews for this vacancy will take place on Wednesday, Sept. 11, Thursday, Sept. 12, and Friday, Sept. 13. The candidate interview schedule and the location will be announced at a future date.
