THIRD CIRCUIT JUDICIAL NOMINATING COMMISSION NOTICE OF APPLICANTS AND INTERVIEW SCHEDULE
LAKE CITY — The Third Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission announces that the deadline for submitting applications for the one (1) Columbia County Court vacancy created by the enactment of HB 5401 has passed. The Commission has received several applications for such judgeship and will conduct interviews of all the applicants. The interviews will be conducted July 29, 2024 at the Columbia County Courthouse, 173 NE Hernando Ave, Lake City, FL 32055. (The applicants will need to ask for the room number upon arrival and so may wish to arrive early.) The names of each applicant and the time of the applicant’s interview are as follows:

The interviews have been set in alphabetical order based on the applicant’s last name.
All of the interviews are open to the public and the public is invited to attend. Following the interviews, the Commission will deliberate concerning which persons the Commission shall nominate for appointment by the Governor. The deliberations of the Commission are not open to the public.
