THIRD DISTRICT COURT OF APPEAL JNC ANNOUNCES INTERVIEW SCHEDULE
MIAMI –The Third District Court of Appeal Judicial Nominating Commission will conduct interviews for nominations to fill the vacancy in the Third District Court of Appeal created by the retirement of Judge Kevin Emas from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at Winston & Strawn, 200 S Biscayne Blvd, Ste 1700, Miami FL 33131
The candidates and schedule follow:
9:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m., Jeffrey DeSousa
9:40 a.m. – 10:10 a.m., Hon. Javier Enriquez
10:20 a.m. – 10:50 a.m., Hon. Spencer Multack
11:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m., Hon. Joseph Perkins
11:40 a.m. – 12:10 p.m., Hon. Thomas Rebull
12:20 p.m. – 12:50 p.m., Thomas Ward
1:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m., Hon. Robert Watson
