PUERTO RICAN BAR OF FLORIDA WORKS TO RELOCATE DISPLACED PUERTO RICAN LAW STUDENTS
Florida Lawyer Anthony Suarez contacted law schools to assist displaced law students in Puerto Rico. Seven Florida law schools and 10 out-of-state schools are willing to assist and are following the ABA guidelines. A fund called Student Temporary Assistance and Relocation Program (STAR) has been established to assist the students.

SOCIAL MEDIA CAMPAIGN TO PROMOTE PRO BONO WEEK
The Florida Bar Foundation will launch a Pro Bono Week social media campaign during the ABA’s National Celebration of Pro Bono October 22-28 to increase participation in pro bono legal services statewide.
