Sanchez petitions for reinstatement

Pursuant to Rule 3-7.10, Gilberto E. Sanchez of Tampa has petitioned the Supreme Court for Bar reinstatement.

Sanchez was suspended from the practice of law for 18 months, effective March 28, 2016, for violation of the following Rules Regulating The Florida Bar: Rule 4-1.5 (Fees and Costs for Legal Services); Rule 5-1.1(a)(1) (Trust Accounts — Nature of money or property entrusted to attorney; commingling prohibited); Rule 5-1.1(b) (Trust Accounts — Application of trust funds or property to specific purpose); Rule 5-1.1(e) (Trust Accounts — Notice of receipt of funds; delivery accounting); and Rule 5-1.1(j) (Trust Accounts — Disbursement against uncollected funds).
