Doerr petitions for reinstatement

Pursuant to Rule 3-7.10, Kenneth D. Doerr of Sarasota has petitioned the Supreme Court for Bar reinstatement.

Doerr was suspended for 91 days effective September 20, 2013. Doerr served as attorney for a decedent’s trust and contributed trust money without proper documentation. Doerr also served as an attorney for a personal representative of an estate and represented both the purchasing client, personal representative, and another client without all required disclosures. Through his work for the personal representative, Doerr obtained a personal interest in the estate’s assets.
