Steven J. Solomon has been named Miami’s managing director of GrayRobinson and Marlene Quintana has become the firm’s statewide recruiting director.

Francisco R. Maderal has rejoined Colson Hicks Eidson in Coral Gables as a partner.

Eric J. Eves has joined the Office of the City Attorney in Miami focusing on litigation and appeals in state and federal courts.

Amanda R. Murphy has joined AWTSPA in Orlando focusing on creditors’ rights, lender representation, residential and commercial real estate foreclosure litigation, title curative, and contract review.

Erika Barger was promoted to chief compliance officer at Holland Financial in Ormond Beach.

Don W. Allen has joined Kelley Kronenberg as a partner and Michael J. Rigelsky has joined as an associate in Orlando. Allen focuses on workers’ compensation. Rigelsky focuses on civil litigation defense and risk management.

Michael J. Frank is now a magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida in the Panama City Division.

Jennifer El Mekkaoui has joined Alvarez, Winthrop, Thompson & Storey in Orlando focusing on first-party insurance litigation.

Jarett A. de Paula has joined Rice Law Firm in Daytona Beach.

Meredith S. Delcamp, Rachel E. Nordby, and Veronica Vilarchao have joined Shutts & Bowen as partners. Delcamp has joined the business litigation practice group in Tampa. Nordby is vice chair of the appellate practice group in Tallahassee. Vilarchao has joined the tax and international law practice group in Miami.

Gina P. Rhodes has joined Lash & Goldberg in Miami focusing on complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts.

Jonathan E. Feuer has joined Lash & Goldberg in Ft. Lauderdale as a senior associate focusing on complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts at the trial and appellate levels.

Candace W. Padgett has joined Boyd & Jenerette in Jacksonville focusing on insurance defense litigation, complex federal and state insurance coverage issues, insurer bad-faith cases, and appeals.

Jazlyn A. Juda and Daniel Rosenbaum have joined Kelley Kronenberg in Ft. Lauderdale. Juda focuses on first-party insurance defense litigation. Rosenbaum on first-party insurance defense and workers’ compensation.

Meredith S. Delcamp has joined Shutts & Bowen in Tampa as a partner focusing on environmental, land use, and real estate litigation.

Karen Prevatt, Daniel Drake, and Stephanie Martin have joined Leiser Skaff Alexander, which has also opened new offices in Sun City and DeLand. Prevatt will work out of the Sun City office and focus on estate planning, probate litigation, and real estate matters. Drake focuses on the representation of commercial landlords, residential property managers, real estate management companies, and apartment communities and will divide his time between the firm’s South Tampa and Sun City offices. Martin focuses on litigation and transactional matters, and will work out of the South Tampa office. Laura Maudlin, already with the firm in its Tampa offices, has moved to its DeLand office focusing on complex commercial litigation.
