William Boshnick of Greenblum & Bernstein in Reston, Virginia, lectured before the Japan Patent Attorneys Association in Tokyo and Osaka, Japan. Boshnick discussed export control issues and other patent problems encountered by foreign companies having U.S. subsidiaries.
