Rhonda Parnell has joined DCF/Children’s Legal Services as a senior attorney in Defuniak Springs.

Chandeline Belony has joined DCF/Children’s Legal Services in Ft. Pierce.

Amy Hamlin has opened Hamlin Family Law, PLLC, in Winter Park.

Sarah Martin Oquendo joined Klaus Doupé, a family law and divorce firm based in Southwest Florida, as an associate.

Brandon Sapp, John Farren, Brett Norvig, and James Harwood joined DSK Law in Orlando as general litigation associates.

Beth A. Vecchioli has rejoined Carlton Fields in Tallahassee as senior director of government consulting and co-chair of the property and casualty regulatory group.

Scott A. Beatty of Bonita Springs has been elected to serve on Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt’s executive committee.

Joel Gaulkin has joined ALG in Miami as a senior partner in the firm’s litigation department.

Duane Morris has added six real estate attorneys to the firm’s Miami office, including Jay Steinman, who will lead the firm’s Miami and South Florida real estate practice, together with partners David S. Wendi Adelson has become executive director of the Immigration Partnership & Coalition Fund in Miami, an organization focused on raising monies to finance existing legal services for undocumented individuals with no criminal background.

Richard Appleton has joined the City of Miami Office of the City Attorney. Appleton is assigned to the land use and transactional division handling public finance-related matters.

Chelsea E. Bellew, Shaye C. Lindsley, and Charles M. Prior have joined Kelley Kronenberg in West Palm Beach. Bellew and Lindsley focus on workers’ compensation defense. Prior focuses on general liability, first- party property insurance defense, and criminal defense.

Aubrey A. Burris has joined Stearns Weaver Miller in Tampa in the real estate group.

Jaime R. Girgenti has joined Koch & Hoffman in Clearwater focusing on family law.

Martin L. Haines III joined Brinkley Morgan and his Lake Park office becomes Brinkley Morgan’s new Palm Beach location. Haines is board certified in marital and family law.

Elizabeth B. Ferguson has joined Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin as a shareholder in Jacksonville as a member of the professional liability department.

Timothy J. Ferguson has joined Fowler White in Miami as a shareholder in the products liability and toxic torts group.

Nera Shefer has joined Fowler White in Miami as a shareholder in the immigration group.

Lloyd Johnson Sarber III and Heath L. Vickers have joined Carr Allison in Jacksonville. Sarber joins as a shareholder focusing on civil trial defense in the area of commercial motor vehicle transportation law. He will also represent clients in matters involving premises liability, municipal liability, bad faith, and products liability. Vickers will serve as counsel focusing on trucking and transportation liability, retail and premises liability, products liability, and governmental liability.

Heather S. Nason has joined Winderweedle, Haines, Ward & Woodman in Winter Park focusing on retail and office development and leasing. She also represents both borrowers and lenders in the areas of loan closings and restructuring.

Greg Black has joined Gunster as a member of the government affairs law and lobbying practice.
