S. Braxton Wiggs has rejoined GrayRobinson in Tampa as of counsel focusing on civil defense, with particular emphasis on railroad accident cases, as well as business and commercial litigation.

Boyd & Jenerette has relocated its South Florida office from its location in Coconut Creek to Boca Raton.

Joshua D. Grosshans has become a partner of Latham, Shuker, Eden & Beaudine in Orlando focusing on construction and general business matters.

David B. Massey and Gaston P. Fernandez of Hogan Lovells in Miami have been promoted to partners.

Erica Rutner has been made a partner of Lash & Goldberg in Miami. Rutner focuses on class action and multidistrict litigation defense.

Trevor Arnold of Orlando has been named chair of GrayRobinson’s statewide construction practice group.

Chris W. Altenbernd has joined Banker Lopez Gassler in Tampa. Altenbernd assists outside counsel with brief writing and conducts moot courts prior to actual oral arguments. He is also available to assist counsel with the preparation of jury instructions, verdict forms, and to advise on jurisdictional issues.

Tyler Stull has joined Dunn Law in Ft. Lauderdale focusing on labor and employment matters, bankruptcy, and commercial litigation.

Douglas A. Wallace has joined the appellate firm of Brannock & Humphries in Tampa.

Daniel C. Jensen has joined Lytal, Reiter, Smith, Ivey & Fronrath in West Palm Beach.

Leslie Arsenault Metz has joined GrayRobinson in West Palm Beach as an associate in the litigation and real estate practices.

Robert K. Jamieson has become a shareholder with Wiand Guerra King in Tampa. Jamieson concentrates on complex commercial disputes with an emphasis on the representation of financial services institutions and professionals in civil and regulatory matters.

Josh Saltz has been named a partner with Peretz Chesal & Herrmann in Miami, an intellectual property law firm.

Kathryn Mehaffey and Aleida Martinez Molina have become partners with Weiss Serota Helfman Cole & Bierman in Miami. Mehaffey represents municipalities and works directly with planning directors, city managers, and elected officials on land use, planning, zoning and general municipal matters. Molina leads the firm’s insolvency and creditor’s rights practice.

GrayRobinson has opened an office in West Palm Beach, with three attorneys joining as shareholders: John G. “Jay” White III, Ronald P. “Ron” Ponzoli, Jr., and Leora B. Freire. The office will be located at Northbridge Centre, 515 North Flagler Drive, Suite 1425, West Palm Beach 33401. White, who will serve as the West Palm Beach office managing shareholder, focuses on commercial and complex business litigation, personal injury, wrongful death, professional malpractice litigation, class actions, and officer and director representation. Ponzoli represents clients in business and commercial litigation, religious institutions in church law matters, catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death actions, contract law, partnership disputes, complex tort litigation, and clients in employment disputes. Freire focuses on commercial and business litigation, foreclosure matters, employment matters, product liability, and personal injury litigation.
