Keith Boykins has joined DCF/Children’s Legal Services in Inverness as a senior attorney.

Matthew S. Mudano has become of counsel to Cole Scott & Kissane in Tampa. He is a board certified civil trial attorney and focuses on insurance defense, medical malpractice defense, and complex commercial matters.

John Raymond has joined Broad and Cassel as a partner focusing on income tax, estate and gift tax, and related tax and financial matters in the firm’s new office in the Town of Palm Beach.

Andy Gaunce has joined Gaunce Law as a partner in St. Petersburg focusing on advising small businesses regarding general corporate issues, mergers and acquisitions, and matters involving start-up and emerging companies.

Michael Sayre has become a partner with Waldman Barnett in Miami and Benjamin Keime has joined the firm as an associate. Sayre practices with the litigation team. Keime focuses on commercial and business litigation and in the areas of employment and transnational issues.

Daniel S. Goldberg and Adrian K. Felix have joined Bilzin Sumberg in Miami as associates. Goldman will practice with the land development and government relations practice group. Felix will work in the litigation practice group.

Vijay S. Choksi has joined Kelley Kronenberg in Ft. Lauderdale focusing on business transactions and general corporate matters, regulated substance legislation, and first-party insurance defense claims.

Matthew L. Ransdell has joined Torcivia, Donlon, Goddeau & Ansay in West Palm Beach as a senior associate in the labor and employment law group.

Adam Guzi has joined Graves Thomas Injury Law Group in Vero Beach as an associate focusing on personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, and criminal defense.

Shutts & Bowen has opened its eighth office, with the addition of five attorneys from the Jacksonville office of Gillis Way & Campbell. Joining the firm are H. Timothy Gillis, who was named managing partner of the Jacksonville office, partner Jason E. Campbell, partner Catrina H. Markwalter, of counsel Sue VanLeeuwen, and associate Morgan Foster. The Jacksonville office will be a full-service commercial firm and some of the key areas of practice include banking and financial services, corporate, real estate and land use, taxation, intellectual property, insurance, health law and life sciences, commercial litigation, and construction litigation.
