Raymond M. Donadio, Jr., has joined ShuffieldLowman as a partner leading the firm’s new Port Orange office. Donadio focuses on estate planning, probate, elder law, and corporate and business law.

Marcia K. Cypen, executive director of Legal Services of Greater Miami is transitioning to executive director emeritus.

Douglas (Doug) Scott Williams has joined the Rice Law Firm in Daytona Beach as the partner in charge of the immigration section. Williams also focuses on personal injury law.

Ileana L. Garcia has joined Lapekas Law, P.A., in Miami as an associate focusing on IRS tax controversy and tax litigation matters.
