CIRCUIT JUDGE RANDELL H. ROWE III of DeLand swore in his son, Rick, as a new attorney September 29. Rick Rowe took the oath in the courtroom of the Madison County Courthouse, where his great-grandfather presided as a circuit judge for 35 years, and where his grandfather practiced law for nearly 50 years. A fourth-generation Florida Bar member in the Rowe family, Rick is a new associate in the Pensacola office of the Galloway, Johnson, Tompkins, Burr & Smith law firm.
