Business Law Section hosts Federal Securities Institute
THE BUSINESS LAW SECTION recently hosted the 36th Annual Federal Securities Institute in Miami for corporate, securities, M&A practitioners, in-house counsel, executives, and advisors who focus on the middle-market. This year’s keynote address was presented by Mary Jo White, center, former chair of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. White presented an update on the latest developments in the laws and rules that govern the securities industry and financial markets. The institute included 11 different discussion panels presented by leading lawyers, judges, government officials, and investment bankers. Also pictured are Gregory C.
