John Gihon, of Shorstein, Lasnetski and Gihon in Orlando spoke on two panels at the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Central Florida Chapter, Annual Conference in Clearwater Beach. The panels discussed best practices for litigating in immigration court, hot topics in “crimmigration” cases and new developments and arguments based upon the U.S. Supreme Court’s recent decision in Pereira v. Sessions.
