Denise Calle has joined Diaz Trade Law in North Miami as an associate focusing on customs and international trade law.

Joey M. Chindamo and Colynn A. O’Brien have joined Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin in Orlando as associates in the casualty department.

Joseph Wesley Hammons has joined McConnaughhay, Coonrod, Pope, Weaver & Stern in Ft. Lauderdale focusing on workers’ compensation defense.

Andrew D. Scott, Jr., has joined Murphy & Anderson in Jacksonville as an associate focusing on commercial litigation.

Moises Melendez, Frank C. Walker, and Jonathan Z. Kurry have joined GrayRobinson as shareholders. Melendez and Walker join the Ft. Lauderdale office, while Kurry will work in Miami. Melendez focuses on franchising, unfair/deceptive trade practices, trademark, and securities and bankruptcy issues. Walker concentrates on commercial, probate, and real estate litigation, as well as family law, personal injury, and wrongful death matters. Kurry focuses on real estate development, financing, and operations, with an emphasis on shopping center and hospitality-related assets.

Amy R. Turci has been named office managing partner of FordHarrison’s Jacksonville office.

Kelsey J. Veitengruber has joined Farr Law Firm in Punta Gorda as an associate in the litigation team.

Pamela C. Marsh has become a shareholder with Ausley McMullen in Tallahassee. Marsh is a member of the corporate compliance and government investigations team.

John K. Weedon in Jacksonville and Andrew M. Gordon in Ft. Lauderdale have become partners with Hinshaw & Culbertson. Weedon focuses on personal injury, automobile accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, construction litigation, products liability, and nursing home neglect. Gordon focuses on management-side labor and employment matters.

Charles D. Tobin has joined Ballard Spahr as a partner in Washington, D.C. Tobin will serve as co-chair of the firm’s media and entertainment law group.

Keith R. Hedrick has joined Murray Guari Trial Attorneys in West Palm Beach as an associate focusing on personal injury and wrongful death matters.

David R. Punzak has become director, and assistant general counsel with Tech Data Corporation in Clearwater.

Adrian T. Mood has joined Carr Allison in Tallahassee as an associate focusing on premises liability, personal injury, and construction.

Dolly Hernandez and Katherine Coba have joined Richman Greer in Miami. Hernandez as a counsel focusing on complex marital and family law. Coba joins as an associate focusing on civil and commercial litigation.

Robert H. Moore has become managing partner of Baker McKenzie’s Miami office. Moore focuses on international tax planning.

Goldstein & McClintock has opened a Miami office with the addition of corporate restructuring and commercial transactions partner Monique D. Hayes.

Sorraya M. Solages-Jones and Emilia “Jo” Hunerberg joined Lytal, Reiter, Smith, Ivey & Fronrath in West Palm Beach focusing on appellate law.

Scott Atherton, Michael McAuliffe, and Martin Reeder have changed the name of their firm to Atherton McAuliffe & Reeder, P.A. (AM&R) in West Palm Beach. It was formerly known as the Atherton Law Group. AM&R is a business litigation and trial law firm.

Kendall Wilson has joined Holland & Knight in Tampa as an associate and member of the firm’s business section.

Steffan Alexander has become a shareholder with Markowitz Herbold in Portland, Oregon.

Kathryn A. Desire, William (Bill) F. Mueller, Kyle S. Roberts, and Aamir H. Saeed have joined Kelley Kronenberg in Ft. Lauderdale. Desire focuses on workers’ compensation defense. Mueller focuses on real property litigation for banks and other financial services providers. Roberts focuses on third-party insurance defense and general liability. Saeed focuses on first party insurance defense and third-party insurance litigation.

Daniel M. Cavanaugh has become partner with Pablo Hurtado Law Firm in Ft. Myers, that will now be known as Hurtado Cavanaugh, Attorneys at Law. Efren Y. Arocho has also joined the immigration and nationality law and personal injury firm. The firm has also opened a second location in Cape Coral.

Jerry S. Armbruster has joined Walters Levine & Lozano in Sarasota focusing on medical malpractice.

Rachel Furst and Eric T. Halsey have been promoted to partners at Grossman Roth Yaffa Cohen in Coral Gables. Furst focuses on appellate law. Halsey is a malpractice dispute expert, who has significant experience with tort litigation matters.

Jeffry R. Jontz and Eric B. Jontz have joined Fishback Dominick in Winter Park focusing on banking law, commercial litigation, bankruptcy, and creditors’ rights.

Stearns Weaver Miller Weissler Alhadeff & Sitterson expanded its Miami-Dade County operations with the opening of a Coral Gables office at 2020 Salzedo, a new mixed-use development by Codina Partners.

Isabel Yague and Fred Viera opened Viera Yague, PLLC, in Miami. Yague focuses on franchise and business law. Viera focuses on commercial litigation, investors’ rights, and real estate law.

Deborah I. Mitchell has become a partner at DSK Law in Orlando.

Jon Claussen has opened J Claussen Law, P.A., in Boca Raton, a commercial litigation practice focusing on real estate, business, and property damage disputes.
