Mentees:

How will I be matched with a mentor?
You can select up to three potential mentors via the MentorcliQ app based on your profile, relationship preferences, and personality test results. A program administrator will then match you with your mentor.
How do I make initial contact with my mentor?
You can connect virtually via the MentorcliQ app, which can eventually lead to an in-person meeting with your mentor.
How often should I meet with my mentor?
Participation requires at least four meetings with your mentor, either virtually or in-person, over the span of the nine month program and follow-up discussions after the Practical Experience requirements are met.
How should I communicate with my mentor?
Communication should occur through the MentorcliQ app or in-person.
What should I discuss with my mentor?
What you discuss with your mentor is up to you! The program focuses on four milestones that serve as a guide:
