ELECTRONIC WILLS AND REMOTE NOTARIZATION LAW TAKES EFFECT
Jan. 1 marked the beginning of a new digital era in Florida, with the implementation of a law authorizing the remote notarization of most legal documents. The new law makes electronic wills available July 1.
