Free Tech Support for Solo and Small Firm Attorneys
« Back to Tech TipsThe Florida Bar Tech Support Helpline, in beta through June 15, is open and available to assist solo and small firm lawyers with technology issues and assistance. The response from Bar members who used the hotline during the first two weeks was very positive. You are encouraged to give it a try for any technology assistance or issues you may be experiencing. You may have recently read about the launch of this beta initiative in the Bar News. Tech assistance, provided by LawTech Partners, is available via phone, live chat, email, or by virtual appointment.
The Florida Bar is interested in providing remote computer, software, and related technology support to members of The Florida Bar to assist them with running their law practice and serving their clients. Due to staffing limitations, phone and chat support may not be immediately available; an appointment will better guarantee service.
