10 apply for Okaloosa County Court vacancy
The First Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission received 10 applications to fill the vacancy on the Okaloosa County Court due to the elevation of Judge Jonathan Schlechter.
The JNC will convene at 1 p.m., CDT, on Tuesday, April 29, at the M.C. Blanchard Judicial Building in Pensacola to interview the following applicants:
- Jeffrey Sumey, 1:15 p.m.
- Michelle Sandler, 1:30 p.m.
- David Rehr, 1:45 p.m.
- John Reed, 2 p.m.
- Sarah Oberliesen, 2:15 p.m.
- Clint Morrow, 2:30 p.m.
- Marshall Moll, 2:45 p.m.
- Casey Etheridge, 3 p.m.
- Brooke Davis, 3:15 p.m.
- Paul Bailey, 3:30 p.m.
All interviews are open to the public. Deliberations will be conducted in closed session.
