15 apply for a seat on the Orange County bench
The Ninth Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission has received 15 applicants to fill the upcoming vacancy as Orange County Court judge created by the resignation of Judge Evellen Jewett.
The applicants include:

- Chloe Zubkin
Of those applicants, 12 were interviewed on February 18 for the prior county court judge opening. Three three applicants did not participate in the interview process for the prior open judicial seat and they will be interviewed at the following times on March 28:

The executive session beginning at 4:45 p.m. will be closed to the public.
