Under the leadership of lawyer and Head Coach Adam Woodruff, Tampa Bay Little League's 10-and-under All‑Stars Team won the Tournament of State Champions (TOSC), clinching the regional title for Florida on July 23 in North Carolina.
“This year’s TOSC champions performed with excellence throughout the tournament, demonstrating top‑notch pitching, dynamic fielding, and clutch hitting,” said Woodruff, a partner at Shutts & Bowen in Tampa. “Competing against the region’s elite, the team played with heart, hustle, and chemistry, rallying to victory under pressure.”
Hosted annually among state champions from Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia, the TOSC showcases the best youth baseball talent in the region.
With the Tournament of State Champions title secured, the team’s attention now turns to upcoming showcases and potential opportunities for advancement, including extending into higher‑age brackets or national tournaments down the road.
