Benitez petitions for Bar reinstatement
Pursuant Rule 3-7.10, Leo Benitez has petitioned the Supreme Court for Bar reinstatement.
Benitez was suspended from practice of law for one-year effective August 21, 2023, for violation of Rules 4-3.3, 4-3.4(c), 4-8.4(c) and 4-8.4(d) of the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar.
