Bowers accepts tax law honor
David E. Bowers received the Gerald T. Hart Outstanding Tax Attorney of the Year Awardat the recent annual meeting of The Florida Bar Tax Section.
Bowers, of Jones, Foster, Johnston & Stubbs in West Palm Beach, is a board certified tax attorney with more than 30 years of experience in estate planning, business planning, and tax planning. He is a former chair of the Tax Section; former chair of the Tax Law Certification Committee; former chair of the Palm Beach Tax Institute; and former president of the Palm Beach County Fringe Benefit Council.
The award is presented annually to the individual who has made major contributions to the advancement of the practice of tax law.
