Bull petitions for Bar reinstatement
Pursuant to Rule 3-7.10, Jonathan Fredrick Bull of Palm Bay has petitioned the Supreme Court for Bar reinstatement.
Bull was suspended, effective December 20, 2018, for allowing nonlawyers providing financial assistance to his firm to use their financial leverage to control the firm. Because of Bull’s lack of supervision, the nonlawyers solicited clients, accepted legal representation on behalf of the firm, made misrepresentations to clients about the services the firm would provide, determined legal fees, and misappropriated client funds without Bull’s knowledge or consent over a period of several months.
