CCLA logoCoast to Coast Legal Aid of South Florida and Legal Aid Service of Broward County have set the return of their annual fundraising gala, “For the Public Good 2024.”

The event will take place on Thursday, October 17, at the Margaritaville hotel in Hollywood.

This year’s theme, according to the organizations, is inspired by the late ’50s Rat Pack era and old Hollywood glamour and invites guests to step back in time for an “unforgettable evening.”

“Attendees will enjoy live music that transports them to a bygone era, along with a themed photo booth complete with fun accessories reminiscent of the time, according to the legal aid organizations. “While guests are encouraged to embrace the vintage theme with their attire, dressing to the theme is entirely optional — what matters most is that everyone enjoys the night in true vintage style!”

“For the Public Good 2024” is more than just a celebration of style and nostalgia; it is a fundraiser that supports the work of Legal Aid Service of Broward County and Coast to Coast Legal Aid of South Florida.

“We are excited to bring our community together for a night of fun and elegance, all in support of a great cause,” said Lisa Goldberg, executive director of Coast to Coast Legal Aid of South Florida. “The funds raised at this event will directly impact our ability to continue providing free legal services to those who need it most.”
