Committee on Standard Jury Instructions in Civil Cases now accepting applications
The Florida Supreme Court Committee on Standard Jury Instructions in Civil Cases is seeking applicants for vacancies to be considered at the committee’s June meeting.
Candidates with significant trial or appellate experience preferred. Members are expected to attend three meetings a year. Additionally, the committee’s work requires that members view instructions objectively, making every effort to prepare balanced instructions that do not favor their own practice areas.
