Dade Legal Aid in Miami recently held its April Session of the Dade Legal Aid Leadership Academy.
The event was hosted by Shuts & Bowen in Miami and included conversations with 11th Judicial Circuit Judge Jason E. Dimitris, who provided fellows information on the use of technology to help enhance lawyers’ advocacy in and out of the courtroom.
“Nothing can be more important than giving back,” Judge Dimitris said. “It was an honor and pleasure to present to this enthusiastic crowd of lawyers who have already proven their dedication to using their legal skill to help our community. I can hardly wait to see the positive impact the great Class VIII of Dade Leadership Academy Class VIII has on Miami.”
