DOAH plans two workers’ compensation adjudications rule workshops for July
The Florida Division of Administrative Hearings will hold two rule development workshops in July regarding Chapter 60Q-6, Fla. Admin. Code, Rules of Procedure for Workers’ Compensation Adjudications.
A draft document with proposed amendments is published on the OJCC website. The workshops will be conducted:
