E-filing portal operations unaffected by COVID-19, but will be down for maintenance March 21

E-FilingThe Florida court system’s e-filing portal remains open and is unaffected by the coronavirus emergency; however the portal will be closed for maintenance at the start of Saturday, March 21.

According to portal officials, the schedule maintenance will begin at midnight and last for three to four hours.

“Florida’s court system operations have been reduced because of the COVID-19 pandemic; however, the Florida Courts E-Filing Portal,, is open and available to anyone who wishes to file documents with the court system, according to a release from portal officials. “In addition, the Florida Courts E-Filing Portal Help Desk remains available during regularly scheduled business hours.”
