In a June 1 News story listing the judicial races that will appear on fall ballots and those who will take seats on the trial bench unopposed, Palm Beach County Court Judge Barry M. Cohen was erroneously listed as being returned to office unopposed. Judge Cohen, however, did not file for re-election and will be retiring on June 30.
